Emigration Clearance

Emigration clearance at poe, Mumbai Documents required as follow:

Power of attorney – specimen copy is enclosed

Demand letter – specimen copy is enclosed

Employment contract – specimen copy is enclosed

However, employers can provide their employment contracts.

Please ensure that the categories mentioned in the original visa should match with your demand letter and employment contract. In case of labors, all these documents should be duly signed and should be attested by the Indian embassy / consulate in Saudi Arabia.
